A day out

Off to a small local market then on a new road over a col that we've walked over many years before and then a stroll on the top of the mountain - it felt like the top of the world - opposite the house. Perfect temperature with a bit of a breeze with migrant birds all over the place and a few butterflies to look at.This Clouded Yellow on the yellow ragwort was too much of a temptation to miss for today's blip.
We even found a giant puffball to supplement our less than meagre supper.
