A misty start to the week, and lots of washing to do after the few days at the caravan.
I got up, fed Arthur and made my Quaker oats and tea, and then got on with the housework. I waited for Royal Mail to re deliver a parcel, and then went to buy my copy of Mind, Body, and Spirit that I have been collecting.
There was a sodalite crystal this week, which is great as it is my zodiac crystal. I am studying Crystal healing, and the various properties they contain. They relate to the chakras and can help to realign and balance energies in the subtle body. To me, this does not conflict with my Christian beliefs, as healing was an important part of the ministry of Jesus. He relieved distress and disharmony.
