My favourite breakfast. Sourdough bread, toasted with marmite, scrambled eggs, sprouted alfalfa and mung beans smothered in tahini dressing with half an avocado and a fresh ground coffee. Unsurprisingly I only get it at the weekend when we're at home !
The origins of this are from our camper van days in new Zealand - minus the toast. Me Hubs and Yola just love it and it keeps us full for a long time thanks to all the good fat in it . Heaven on a plate .
