LAND OF THE LONG WHITE CLOUD:

This was hanging over the lake this morning & gave the garden an eerie look. Perhaps I should say scary - after our musical night. We emerged from a night of tremendous thunder; it crackled, banged, boomed & rattled the windows, like there was no tomorrow. It was terrifying & dreadful ! And deposited 10mm of rain.
I have been to a 90th birthday luncheon, had 2 wines, came home & slept in my chair !
