Salty Sea Dog (273/366)

I took the family off down to the beach at Cramond to shoot some dogs for this week's "Animals" challenge.

There were a few dogs chasing sticks and other objects in and out of the water. This one caught my eye though, not least because he'd eaten the stick he was fetching by the time he got back to land. A fragment of stick is falling into the water here.

As ever when we go down to Cramond beach, we bumped into some people we knew, so it was quite a sociable time.
