Cake challenge
On this grey autumn day when we finished drying mushrooms we went to a nearby village to arrange a cake for my dad's birthday. It's one of those rare places where they use only good quality and healthy ingredients and make cakes, macarons and ice cream with love. I had a chocolate raw cake and matcha tea and my husband had a yuzu cheesecake. I also tasted their homemade pineapple ice cream. It was a yummy afternoon.
