Safety gear necessary for harvesting chestnuts!

Katie helped me collect chestnuts today, but was a bit concerned at the constant thuds of new spiky chestnuts falling all around us, so she decided to wear her cycle helmet just in case. We got three baskets full off the path, have to try harder to make a dent in them tomorrow.
