I love Kinsale

This morning's lap was lumpier than lumpy, and probably the widest lap I've ever done, to stay clear of the island, what a thrill.

Then a fishing trip. This little bird ticked a whole load of firsts for CASEY.
First umbrella on the boat
First fancy shoes on the boat
First sea sick person on the boat and
First person to fall asleep on the boat.
And historically the first child to get stuck up my apple tree!

A quick turnaround at home and walked to a friend's for an amazing lamb dinner al fresco. And finally a trip to the Dock to welcome in two friends who swam 12k in challenging conditions today.
