my tattoo artist friend

Wishing the photo that i took came out clearer.  This is a close friends Daughter  Jessie. A talented Tattoo artist. We had gone to this big gala design series party - all dressed up as the requirement was that... And there was Jessie working away within the gala display area, with her amazing hair. I cannot describe the color - - the photo almost captures it.  Steel blue silver? The brightly lit woman next to her is about to get a tiny tattoo. The evening was fun although different then I thought it would be. Most of the displays were interior designs and then some paintings here and there....
