Ill - day 3

Not a good start to the year, having a day off so soon, but I was in no state to teach today, so spent a 3rd day in bed... Towards the end, I watched Mark Beaumont complete his incredible attempt to cycle around the world in 80 days.... returning to Paris where he started just 78 days earlier. Meanwhile I was lying in bed feeling sorry for myself...
