Let the train take the strain

16 mile run this morning which took me briefly alongside the mainline to Penzance.

Really enjoyable, not too painful but not especially fast.

The last couple of miles took me over Wrington hill which is a bit of a killer but a nice descent to finish.

Treated myself to a can of San Pellegrino. How the other half live, eh?

Now back home pondering school work and that pile of books I probably should mark.

Let's have a cup of tea and put it off for a few more minutes.
