Direct democracy in Switzerland is great.  You can mail in your ballot ahead, or simply drop it off on the day of the vote! Took us less than 5 min. to do that.

Afterwards, we biked to the nearest bar/restaurant in the forest for a coffee/glass or wine.  THis is where I had to beg my family for a one picture...please...pretty....please!
