Cherry Blossoms

The election is done and dusted, and still we don't know who will run the country. One of the minor parties is now king maker and will discuss with the 2 leading parties and decide who he is going to run with. Somehow I struggle with the realities of MMP elections.
A rather grey day. Popped out to the cherry tree on the neighbours, which is in full bloom and played around with double exposures, with some interesting results. The "science" of it is beyond me, tends to be a hit and miss approach to see which works the best.
Spending the afternoon on my trip book. Thought I would post an extra of one that I loved taken in Valensol in Provence, how lucky to find a couple of attractive girls from New York who were keen to have their photos taken in the lavender fields. 
Not sure if I should put this in as a back blip on the day or an extra, but anyway, here it is.
