Snap shot of the .....

" Kidney Shower "!!
Centre pic is " J" who is awaiting the arrival of a " Kidney " being donated next month by his brave dad. We're all very , very proud of them both . " J " has been so stoic in these past few months and his dad has just been wonderful and my daughter , his mum , had also been so brave in dealing with the situation. " J's" wife "K" has never left his side , this girl has to be commended too. His brother " O " has also been a great support both at the wedding and doing some of the cooking for this fund raising event ( as did all the family excluding J who made Chilli , O made T. Curry ) The fund raising isn't finished as there is another afternoon tomorrow! I'm just one proud mum, so lucky to have the Shirley / Bromley and Newcastle families .The sun set ( blipped ) is just as I was leaving and everyone was still outside! J was cold but that was to be expected and he's being wrapped in cotton wool as he MUST be well enough for his transplant surgery.
My morning started by a blip meet with the lovely Nijashoe. We had a quick coffee and a great chat, hope next time it will be a bit longer , and thank you for coffee my turn next time?
