View from Trendlebere Down

Life is returning to the normal patterns now and I was out with the local walking group for a walk on Dartmoor.  It started with a cry of 'D' where are my walking boots, they had not been packed but fortunately she managed to borrow a fellow walkers ordinary shoes and wear these with two pairs of socks.  The sun had come out and stayed with us all day as we climbed through Yarner Woods and out onto Trendlebere Down where this blip was taken.  We then wandered through Becky Falls and along a path below Houndtor Ridge before arriving back at our starting point.  The walk was finished in the usual pattern of tea and cakes at a nearby cafe.  A good days walk on this surprisingly warm day.
