Open for business

Really? It doesn't look very open.
Poor old John Lewis is now reached through a maze of building work and fencing. I'm afraid it put me off visiting.
However I did have walk up Carlton Hill and was surprised to be sharing it with many tourists. I've become such a country bumpkin that I forget how busy Edinburgh is!
