This Stirling pensioner was heading to the butcher's for a couple of loin chops.

Blipped through the window of Cisco's where I took the weight off my feet between shopping and enjoyed a cappuccino.

Now about to settle on the sofa for 2+ hours to watch the first 'proper' Strictly of the season. Bring it on!
