Early Morning, Early Autumn, Early Birds

SATURDAY

I pulled back the bedroom curtains at 6:45 am and saw the light and the early morning mist, grabbed my camera, put some clothes over my pyjamas and headed down the lane.

Harriet 'phoned at 8:00 am from Derby to say she had been round the Next sale and had managed to grab some bargains. Apparently she was waiting outside the store when the doors opened at 7:00 am.

I managed 2,000 steps before 7:30 am. Off on the treadmill now.
