Flower or Weed?

Not sure if this is a weed. I noticed it growing in beside some of my herbs but I don't recognise it. Do I keep it or howk it out?

Rained all day so I believe that Summer has ended.

Nice surprise visit from my niece today. Popped in on her way to do a bit of wild camping somewhere nearby. I hope the weather improves.
