Tour of Britain

Spent the morning cleaning the flat like a mad woman with rory and then making the biggest pot of soup you'll ever have seen in anticipation for Rory's family and my family coming over for the Tour of Britain.

We watched the coverage on the tv until it was time to leave to see them coming up the cobbles. Back to the flat for soup and bread and then back out again to see them coming over the bridge and onto the finish line.

It was lovely to have everyone over, I've not seen Rory's Grandma for ages! My family then all headed home and we went out for dinner to The Waggon with Rory's family.

A jam packed but excellent day!
