Summer Blues

Picked up my holiday photos before heading to bed tonight and still can't get over how beautiful Rhua is in this photo.

Early shift this morning, I've not had a five am alarm call for a while so it was a bit of a shock to the system. Another crazy day at work and then home to sloth on the sofa and read. Rory headed out to test out his new bike, which he loves even more for having been out on it.

Rory made stir fry for dinner and we watched the final episode of Homeland season 5. Need to buy the newest box set to keep going!

Started knitting dad a tea cosy but it's a bit complicated and ended up with the wool all tangled together. Think I'm going to have to look for another pattern.

Off to bed to read and Rory's still tinkering around with his bike.
