Queen of Parsnips

The sun came out to allow us an afternoon on the allotment.

My job is compost.

This years bin is now closed! Manured and finished not to be viewed again until 2013. Next years bin is started. a nice layer of manure with lots of wriggly red worms to start it off. Both bins covered by my newly designed lids.

This is this years produce. To be roasted with lunch tomorrow?
