Read this. The end bit, at least. It's important

A busy day... But read it all - the most important bit is at the end. Heck, even just skip straight to the end.

Up n' out. Me n the CEO off to the pool. Lengths done. Posing for the pretty lifeguards (him, not me. Honest)... In the big pool too. None of that "training pool" nonesense.

Then into town where the CEO was raising money for charity... I think he raised close to £100. A sponsored walk round Princess Street Gardens then a dance off at the baby disco. Him n his friend wowed the crowds with their dance moves. In fact, the CEO even got a medal... So we took him to Wannaburger for dinner. Tasty.

But someone else deserves a medal even more... This is the important bit. A friend's little girl has germ cell cancer. Roma's only 1. She can't get the treatment she needs in the UK and initial costs of getting treatment in the US are over £150,000... So her family and friends have been working like mad to raise the money. Today's activities were just a drop in the ocean of all the amazing things they've been doing to help.
