Geese

The size of geese flocks is increasing day by day. These were a bit lost though, flying east.

I took this when I was emptying the combine's tank for the first time. The oats was relatively easy to harvest despite being flat, but I had a lot of trouble at the dryer. The grain seemed to have very much moisture on the surface of the grain, but it was quite dry inside. The surface was so sticky that getting the load into the dryer was very difficult. I think I must try to improve the system a little, although it has worked quite well for the previous ten years.
