Despite coming down to a massive amount of diahorrhea this morning, Alf seems brighter this evening thank God.

I'm exhausted this week rushing from one thing to the next. Did the food shop at 9.30pm. Dinner at 10pm. Only time to get it done. It's not possible to work every day, look after two horses (one in rehab), three dogs, two kids and still get all the housework done.
