A tree for two seasons

Since today is the equinox it seemed quite appropriate somehow that a little tree that caught my attention seems to be displaying both summer and autumn colours, with quite a definite dividing line. So I did venture out briefly, but didn't feel I could attend the mapathon I'd signed up for - the sneezing was much reduced but still happening without warning and would have been a shame to infect all those keen young students!
