Fit, to drop!

Went to M & S this morning, to do the food shop. J went to the car, and I had a quick look around. Liked some of the fitness gear, but didn't buy anything. I wish i was as supple as the model at the front, but I couldn't do that even when I was much younger. On the way home, we called at Llandow, as J wanted to see if any of his biker buddies were dull enough to be out on their motorbikes. There weren't, so we came straight home. After putting the shopping away, we had some sandwiches, and a coffee, and then a quick change for me, and  we picked up our g/daughter, and we went down the gym.
