I went to Kew Garden this afternoon; they have a big sculpture exhibition taking place, some I really liked like this one, some that were a bit naff in my opinion. So I did a lot of walking, from Richmond station to Kew, around and about Kew, and then back to Richmond. At times it was warm so I ate my picnic on a bench with a view. Some of the big glass houses are being renovated but I had a steamy wander around the open ones, the water lilly house is idyllic.
Home to mow mine and next doors lawns, as it is getting to that time of year when it is tricky to get the lawn dry enough to mow and rain is forecast for tomorrow.
