Passing the Cardrona Hotel...

...on the way home to Wanaka.

I started the day in the rain at Lake Rotoiti.  My SIL and I walked 4,000 steps, which was a good start to the day.  (I got my 8,000 steps by the time I got home).  I was wet walking to the plane at the Rotorua Airport, then more rain at Christchurch Airport.  Was I pleased to land in Queenstown to 'fine' weather.  Yipee!!

I had a good trip home over the Crown Range, stopping for a photo at the Cardrona Hotel.  It is good to be home.  I have a nice fire going, so am snug and warm, after a long day of travelling.
