HEALTHY EATING

A brisk walk (I've been watching the advert) took me healthy to the top of the hill at tea time, must say I need it, despite valient efforts in loosing a few pounds I married a girl from the North East and they learn at their mothers knee how to "feed your man", now if I was spending eight hours down the pit I would need the substance she lays on the table, for my sedentary role in managing my old folk I could make do with so much less.
