Magic Sticks

Down by the river today with the little one. We saw Fairies and Feathers, Fish leaping out of the water, we listened to the Birds, played with magic sticks and squelched in the slippy mud. 

I am extremely sore following a Chiropractic treatment yesterday but walking is less painful. Once the healing reaction wears off Im hoping for some improvement.
