Tapped out

Leak from under wash basin discovered this morning. After a couple of attempts to repair in situ, I discovered that I might have to remove tap to tighten tails.

All seem to be going well until son wanted to assist, cue the passing of all kinds of tools and holding of torchlight.

Job done tap back on sink.
Leak no longer evident, however sods law dictates that new leak will spring in the dead of the night leaving a flood to discover in the morning.
