Film Night

The Kirkgate Centre in Cockermouth is a community theatre and arts venue based in an old Victorian primary school. It stages a huge variety of events throughout the year including drama, film, dance, workshops and exhibitions, and a team of 120 volunteers helps to make this all happen.

Monday night is film night!  Tonight was "The Beguiled" , an atmospheric drama set during the American Civil War. I wasn't that beguiled myself, but it was fun to have an evening out.
