This morning I completed the biography form for the Scottish Music Hall comedian I was researching.
NC Bostock The Comic King who came to Campbeltown in 1913 a few months before the Picture House opened. I particularly liked a quote from The Era 3 Oct 1891:
Mr N.C. BOSTOCK in LONDON, The success of modern Times. The cry is "Have you seen Bostock in Kilts?" The people rise en masse, and cheer Bostock on each appearance ...

Too wet for walking to be appealing today.
