Fish Market

A good morning on the local moors, running over Healey Nab, Great Hill and Round Loaf and then back over Rivington Pike to give 14 miles. Friends round tonight so went straight over to Bolton Fish Market where you can buy almost anything from river or sea. My favourite dish of fennel and Monkfish will be enjoyed in wonderful company and with good wine. Bon appetit my friends :)
