Clouds are back

After all the smokey then gray skies, we have decent contrast again. This photo isn't the most flattering of my mom, sorry to say (both of them are squinting); she really was enjoying herself.

We could have dog problems ahead. You may recall that she thinks another resident at Silverado stole her dog. Now she is frequently looking around for the missing dog on our walks, or asking me where mine is, telling me that LS is hers. Today when I tried to clarify by simply saying, "Here's Longshanks, my dog!" she said, "I'm anxious about this." I hope that LS can go forward in her life as a reminder of love rather than loss.
