Never Forgotten

I realise that the anniversary of 9/11 was a couple of days ago. I usually don't mention 9/11 very much - either on Blipfoto or on Facebook. But the event is never far from my mind, whether or not it's the anniversary. So many lost loved-ones that awful day. We lost 17 of our United family - 16 fellow crew members, another employee travelling as a passenger, and so many of our passengers. Our careers, our company, our industry and our world changed that day. They will never be forgotten.
