Ratatouille?

Lovely day, for a change it's dry and there's a bright blue sky.
A pleasure to be down at the market in Thirsk which is busy from an early hour. The fruit and vegetable stall is just as busy as the shop they also run in the square. I like the fact that the veg can be bought by the sackful in some cases and much of it is locally grown with the odd exotic thrown in for a bit of adventure.
Made a big batch of Brownies this afternoon ready to take up to rehearsal tomorrow. I thought we all deserved a bit of a treat for being up there on a Sunday afternoon.
Out tonight at the village hall to celebrate the Ruby wedding anniversary of a village couple. It will be a bit of 'a do' with dining and dancing till midnight. It's a great venue for all sorts of reasons, not least of which we can walk there (and back) in about 3 minutes!
