Red hot in fact.  It was almost fluorescent as darkness fell, another joy of late summer.

We have been relieved of child minding duties this week as Torran takes a break in Portugal.  He was in Italy earlier this summer so he is ticking off Europe at the age of 18 months.  I think I was 17 years old when I first got out of Scotland.  And that was to England.  How times change.
