Wrong!!!??

What? A washbasin with no plug? The water just runs away as you wash so you need to keep the tap on?
And the taps turn different ways?
This is supposed to be an eco holiday cottage and you have to keep the tap running while you wash.
The underfloor heating us a joke as well. Thermostat set to 16 and it took 4 hours with the doors and windows open to get the temperature low enough to sleep and that was with a sub 14 deg ambient .
Engineering is easy - any one can do it.
Just get the feeling that the folks that built these three cottages were really ripped off by incompetent tradesmen.
