Where will it end?

This photo perfectly sums up my day. Certainly not all of the day, but definitely the most dramatic part.  With three teeth gone this year already, and seven overall, I'm wondering where it will end?

Extraordinary to think that my husband's mother was given extraction of all her teeth as a wedding gift. Back in the dark ages before antibiotics, tooth infection and disease was a lurking danger. Better to have them all out and grin at the world through shiny new dentures!!

It makes me shudder at the thought. How fortunate we are today.
