....... club!
I went to the club , first time for 4 weeks, I did my usual 50 minutes and managed swim/ exercise totalling 66 lengths , I was amazed after so long away .
It is a beautiful day , cool'ish but the sun is showing her face and it is DRY .
I've got a little housework to do and a couple of bits to wash after that I think a rest is on the agenda!

Thankful ..... I managed to survive my 50 minutes club after not being there for a while.
