I got a golden ticket, but.....

... I cannot use it. However I do not care- I got one. I went to buy 2 Wonka Bars for the kids at school as we are just about to finish Charlie and the Chocolate factory. While rather excitedly showing it to a friend ( yes sad I know) I noticed a little glint underneath the silver foil. Said friend thought I was winding her up. But NO, I had one of the 5 golden tickets. Little squeak of joy.

Now in my little world I am going to believe it is not just a marketing ploy to buy more chocolate and that there are probably more than 5. I am going to believe I am in fact like Charlie himself. The downside is that it has to be presented at the gates of the Wonka Factory at 10.00 am on October 1st. Now living in Edinburgh I could not get down to London and was going to offer it to fellow blippers. Then however realised that the 1st was on Monday. So there will only be 4 at the gates! Mine is going to go in a wee frame. Again sad I know, but I have never won anything as big :-))
