One Tree
It has been a very hot day. We went out relatively late for a few essential supplies from a supermarket - beer, wine, tortilla - and I had not taken any photos during the day. So, camera in hand, I was on the lookout for a blip. The light was very yellow as the sun was going down and I had been intending to prowl around another derelict building but that will have to wait until tomorrow. I noticed this brick building in the centre of a field with the strong shadow of a tree on its wall. There was also a skip in front but nothing I could do about that - the cloning out option was way too complicated.
It's ended up taking far too long to blip, partly because we have had conversations with our Spanish gardener about taking some trees down - the roots are a threat to the pool and that really would be expensive to sort. In amongst this conversation were comments on Brexit. It's interesting to note that this is also having a negative effect on the Spanish economy - fewer tourists spending less money; there will also be a significant impact on the expat Brits whose income is a pension paid in Britain- lots of those out here.
So maybe another ruin tomorrow. Two more days here before we leave the heat behind and head back into the grey!
