End of the Road

Tiumpan Head Light house marks the eastern end of the Eye peninsular on the Isle of Lewis.  On a good day the mountains of Assynt appear on the eastern horizon, sometimes appearing to be within touching distance, other times distant almost ephemeral.  Closer to, you can sometimes see dolphins, killer whales or even minke whales chasing shoals of fish.  None today, though.  Just here to pick up the cat who has been staying at the cattery in the old keeper's cottages.
