Not a Laughing Matter

These small cylinders were picked up from the ground outside a day nursery building in Huddersfield. When full they contain nitrous oxide and are sold as a propellant for soda streams and whipped cream machines. 

Unfortunately they are a readily available recreational inhalant and are reported to produce euphoria with associated sensations of floating, body tingling, warmth and numbness.
