Back to work!

I took the boys out for a training session after work and at 6 pm Hero had his check-up with the chiropractor after his injury last week. Luckily all looked well. He is as fit as he can be and ready for the Nordic Championship.

Phew!

We trained outside the hospital in Ringsted today. I drove around and looked for a good training field and this was perfect. I like training in different places, so that the boys learn to work anywhere and anytime.
