CAP de Formentera

Today we planned to drive to the furthest point, a lighthouse at Formentera. Well, it appears lots of other tourists had the same plan and this was the nearest tomit that we got. You can just about see the snake of cars waiting to be allowed through. We weren't the only ones to make a U-turn in the road. We have never tried to visit it before and no doubt will never try again. Queuing in traffic is not one of my husband's favourite past-times. We had earlier been met by an enormous number of coaches coming the other way which we assumed were taking people to Lluc where they make and sell leather goods. We spent a short time on a beach where I went for a swim and then had a late lunch.
