Bramble

Today has been a day for catching up with all the chores that got neglected last week. Molly enjoyed a long walk first thing which is when I took this photo of a bramble. The hedgerows are full of them just now. Sorely tempted to pick some to make bramble jelly but no time to do so before the holiday.
Next was putting on the washing and hanging it out followed by vacuuming the car. This afternoon I cut the grass, clipped a hedge and did some dead heading in the garden. Molly curled up on the chair in the summerhouse for most of the time.
