Mono Monday-favorite memory

This place...this perfect place...is in so many of my happiest memories!  

Starting in 1980 on a trip with Tim and Lisa, the first time we saw this Lake Tahoe harbor, and continuing through vacations in 1985, 1987, 1993, and several more in the 90's and early 2000's, then celebrating Al's 60th birthday in 2013, we have loved each visit.

The latest visit was just two years ago, and it was one of the best.   We found new trails to hike, new restaurants, and new vistas to enjoy.

This is one of those places that I get homesick to see....and I hope it won't be long before we get to return to it!
